LINE-UP EXPOSURE IN MALLORCA

323 young people gathered for a night of worship & celebration at the Morillo Evangelical Church, Mallorca.  The youth pastor, Edmundo invited Rey to share about the “MOVIDA” festival.  Four churches were represented and were all excited to participate.  With the coordination of the Capdepera church youth leader – Fernando, 6 more churches will be represented.   Lord willing, the campaigns will be held in two places namely Palma de Mallorca & Capdepera.

MENORCA VISIT WITH VIVIEN

The 4^th church anniversary celebration in Menorca Filipino Int´l. Church was a success.  About a hundred people gathered. Ptr. Fernando, the president of Foursquare Spain was the main speaker, while Rey did the translation.  Vivien rendered a special flamenco dance number.   Youths learned the choreography of “I love Jesus” & a mime called “Peace with God”. The president of the Rotary Club Menorca was invited & was burdened to see the church growing but without a descent place to meet (as they are presently using a garage place).  Lord willing, he is now working out the possibility of using their meeting hall for the Sunday meetings; please pray with us so that this open door would be a possibility by God’s grace, Amen!

EVANGELISM UNDER THE RAIN

On a Sunday afternoon along with the Monederos Church, the team evangelized at the Usera Park.  The rain started to fall, but the group was determined to obey & be a living witness of God’s love.  People under the shades stopped to watch and listen to songs and testimonies shared, and as a result 14 souls accepted the Lord. And we would like to praise God also for a total of 32 more who were rescued from hell from our January outreach. Glory to God!

NATIONAL PRAYER DAY IN SPAIN

We participated at the national prayer day in Spain held in Bernabeu (March 01).  Most of the evangelical churches gathered to intercede for the country, trusting the Lord to change the present leadership as it is evidently affecting the society for its open support for gay marriages, legal abortion, the economic crisis, immigrants’ problematic situation, moral decline, etc.

TELEVISION TAPING AT THE VISUAL 777 TV STUDIO

With our networking ministry, ART COMPANY festival was taped, to be performed live on the 29 of March in Monederos Church.  Praise God for the participation of New Life-New Sound Band, Celestedanz hip-hop group, Daniel Laudencia & Daniel Wilson w/ their original songs, along with ART Company team.  This medium enables us to reach out to the privacy of homes through the television ministry.

Evangelism Workshop in Villa Verde Church (8 March) > the vision is to mobilize churches into evangelism & missions.  Praise God for these open doors where we could train willing and available church people to obey His call to fulfill the great commission.

ART COMPANY FESTIVAL in Monederos (29 March) > this festival will be a time of celebration & ministry. The messages will be given through portions of our theatre play “Juicio Final”.   We have trained counselors to assist us.

Malaga outreach (20-24 March) > during this vacation break, the team will minister in Malaga.  At the Filipino church we will hold a workshop on “Dance in Worship” & with the Spanish Church we will minister and challenge them to be part of our “MOVIDA” festival to be held in Malaga in collaboration with Assembly of God Church.

“JUICIO FINAL THEATRE PLAY” preparation > all the scripts were distributed and have been practiced on separate occasions depending on the availability of the casts.  Please pray for the common time where we could get them all to practice together.  This is a struggle as everybody is so busy with their jobs and individual ministries.

Summer Campaign’s preparation > the campaign set-up: trips, costumes, props, promos, administrative costs entail financial budget.  Please pray that through the festivals we could raise funds to help with all these expenses.
